Frequently Asked Questions

We know you care about the quality of your window service so we have taken the time to address some of these frequently asked questions:

Do I have to be home during my service appointment?
If only your exterior windows are going to be washed then you do not need to be home at the time of your appointment. If you want your interior windows washed, and/or you would like us to remove and wash your window screens that must be removed from the inside, then you will need to be home to allow us inside. If you are not expecting to be home during your appointment, arrangements for payment must be made in advance.
What if rain is predicted for the day of my service?
It is our policy to complete a scheduled job if it is raining. In the event of light precipitation we will continue as scheduled because rain does not affect our cleaning method. In the event of heavy rain or thunder and lightning, we will return within 1 to 2 days to complete the outside work. The interior of all windows are completed as scheduled so there is no disruption to your schedule.
Doesn't rain make my windows dirty?
Your windows are evenly coated in dust, pollen, and other debris over time from a multitude of sources. But when it rains, raindrops collect and move the debris along the surface of the glass. After the water droplets dry, the dirt is left behind in concentrated spots. Your windows are just as dirty as they were before the rain, but now it's more noticeable. Rain water is almost entirely free of other particles and does not make windows dirty.
Can windows be cleaned in the winter?
Yes! Window cleaning is just as important during the winter season, especially for commercial properties. Road salt turns into an airborne powder from the vehicles driving over it. This dust settles on your windows just as any other type of dust. We follow proper safety guidelines to ensure your winter service will be completed safely and to your complete satisfaction.
What types of payment do we accept?
Although we prefer cash or check, we can accept all major credit and debit card payments- even Apple and Android Pay. Payment is due when your appointment is complete.
